Bridging Hearts

Connect. Belong. Matter. Bringing young adults with autism spectrum disorders and related learning differences out of isolation is our mission.

Bridging Hearts  serves this population of young adults who lack skills to live independently, who struggle socially, and may fall through the cracks of services.

Bridging Hearts fills those cracks with three interconnected programs:

• a membership organization
• a secured, private online network
• in-person group events 

By bringing members out of isolation, our goal is to boost their communication skills, confidence, and self-esteem and improve the quality of life of members and their families by creating opportunities for social interactions and fostering friendships.

• outreach efforts and growth
• ongoing website upgrades
