Changing lives with a brick and a loaf

In 2012, a group of friends built a brick oven in a rural Costa Rican village in an effort to provide a sustainable income for a family in need. Since then Bricks to Bread has been functioning as a 501(c)3 organization impacting the lives of rural communities in Costa Rica and all the volunteers who have committed time and financial resources to our projects. 

With your support we can continue our mission to provide a sustainable income for deserving families in need. Through your donations, collaboration, and volunteerism we can educate and assist selected families with the construction, maintenance and expansion of an outdoor brick oven. They will be able to use that oven to make and sell fresh baked goods to their community.
