Mariana's mother abandoned her when she was only one month old - and she never knew her father. She lived with both of her grandparents - until her grandfather was killed. Mariana became bitter toward everything and everyone. Her grandmother decided to take Mariana and go to the neighborhood church. Here, Mariana received a Book of Hope. She learned that no matter what had gone wrong in her life, God would always love her and never leave her. Mariana committed her life to Christ while attending children's church and has found the strength to forgive her mother for abandoning her.
