Keep Big Lake Hunger Free

Our mission is to provide emergency food supplies to families in need residing in the Big Lake community and to direct them to other services that may be helpful to them in a manner that preserves the dignity and respect of our clients.

One client wrote in to express her gratitude; "I was running out of options and couldn't afford the healthy food I wanted for my children.  Finally when there was no more food in the house I went to the Big Lake Food Shelf.  The people there made me feel welcomed and didn't judge me.  We've been able to get back on our feet but couldn't have done it without the help and support of the Big Lake Food Shelf.  My family and I can't thank you enough."
