BestPrep: Continuing to Serve Minnesota Students

With the help of more than 5,000 volunteers, BestPrep collaborates with companies, schools, and teachers to serve thousands of students in grades 4-12 each year. Through our seven programs, we supplement classroom learning and provide relevant, hands-on life experiences that inspire success in work and life. BestPrep's school year programs are offered at no cost to schools. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, BestPrep has transitioned its programs to virtual platforms. Virtual resources include online mentors, mock interviews, the Stock Market Game, and virtual classroom presentations on career and financial topics. BestPrep is working with teachers and schools to continue to provide valuable educational resources whether students are in the classroom or engaged in distance learning.

Only 24% of high school students say they feel prepared to deal with the financial challenges that await them in the real world. BestPrep is working to change that by preparing students with business, career, and financial literacy skills through hands-on experiences that inspire success in work and life.
