We know that for children to thrive, graduating from high school, pursuing college or career dreams, and becoming successful adults, their families and neighborhood must be connected and engaged. This belief is at the heart of everything we do.

Banyan is far more than a youth program. It’s a place where families in the Phillips neighborhood come together to build relationships, share support, and strengthen their community. Parents are empowered to take an active role in their children’s education, and neighbors form bonds of trust that create lasting change.
