Since 1980, Aurora St. Anthony Neighborhood Development Corporation (ASANDC) has advanced cultural and economic opportunity to build thriving communities in Rondo, Frogtown, and Summit-University neighborhoods. ASANDC serves systemic inequities while honoring the cultural significance of the historically Black Rondo neighborhood. We’ve received national recognition for our work, including the EPA’s Environmental Justice Award (2010), NAACP’s Economic Sustainability Award (2015, and the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota’s Honor Award for Western U Plaza (2016). 

Driven by community-centered leadership and relentless advocacy, ASANDC continues to develop positive relationships and enhance quality of life through affordable housing, economic development, and community engagement.
