Apple Tree Dental needs your support to serve Minnesota’s most vulnerable elders, veterans, people with disabilities, and children.

Lack of access to dental care has a major impact on a person’s life. We are working toward a future where all people, from the very young to the very old, are able to obtain the dental care they need.

Mouth pain and tooth infections are very common and cause children to miss school, have trouble sleeping, and struggle to concentrate in the classroom. Frail elders with dementia can become agitated when suffering from painful dental abscesses, and people with medical conditions such as diabetes or heart disease can experience serious and even life threatening complications.

Apple Tree is a non-profit community clinic founded in 1985 to address the unmet dental needs of Minnesotans. We serve thousands of low-income children and families in rural and urban areas, adults with disabilities, minorities and recent immigrants, mental health patients, and elders living in long-term care facilities. Apple Tree provides dental care throughout Minnesota at Centers located in Coon Rapids, Fairmont, Fergus Falls, Hawley, Madelia, Little Falls, Mounds View, and Rochester.

Using our mobile dental offices, our dental teams deliver on-site dental care to 145 community sites around the state, including Head Start Centers and schools, group homes, nursing homes, and other community partner sites.

Please help us to make it possible to provide dental care for people who have nowhere else to turn. Your donation, made today, will help us to continue our important work!
