Aliveness Project now serves more than 5,000 people living with or at risk of HIV each year. It's been 40 years since our founding, we have grown into a comprehensive community health hub—providing daily meals, a full-choice food shelf, case management, mental health support, housing stabilization, harm reduction services, HIV testing, and community clinic.

Your generosity ensures that thousands of people living with and most impacted by HIV can access essential resources, including:

  • Groceries & Household Items

  • Daily Hot & To-Go Meals

  • HIV Testing & Prevention

  • Nutrition & Wellness Programs

  • Medical Care Linkage

  • Case Management

  • Medical Nutrition Therapy

  • PrEP & STI Care

  • HRT Access

Thanks to supporters like you, our programs continue to meet rising community needs. Here are some of last year’s accomplishments:

Meal Program: 62,520 meals served to 1,097 members.

Food Shelf: 315,261 pounds of food and household items distributed to 806 members.

Case Management: 341 members received support; 145 members obtained stable housing; 201 members received medical nutrition therapy.

Outreach & Prevention: 3,604 individuals in high-risk populations received HIV testing. Our team also visited local encampments five times a week with socks, shoes, snacks, syringe exchange, wound care, and more.

Clinic & Pharmacy: 1,014 patients received care, and 435 new patients received free PrEP.

Together, we are building a stronger, healthier community—and your support makes it possible.
