Now that we are back in school, I worry that I am behind and that I won't be able to keep up. The more I worry, the more my mind races and the more stressed out I get. I don't know how to stop it.

Ella is a typical middle schooler, not a little kid but barely a teen, trying to navigate her way through school and life.
