WeARE-The Clinic is a small nonprofit providing affordable, inclusive sexual and reproductive healthcare and evidenced based education in Central MN. 

Sexual health care and education have long been controversial in rural areas.  Today, as polarization and misinformation grow, funding is shrinking, especially with cuts at the federal and state levels, right when more support is needed most. Your support sustains evidence-based services and essential care for those most at risk.

• Sexual and reproductive healthcare services for all.  No one is turned away for inability to pay – this includes access to all forms of contraception. We have seen record numbers of patients in the last 3 months.
• Expansion of evidence-based education programming facilitated by certified educators. More than 1000 students & parents reached in 2025. 
• Help Yourself Shelf – Stocked with OTC products including pregnancy tests, hygiene products, Plan B, Opill and condoms. Items are available in the clinic and at all outreach locations including the community college campus, Women’s Shelter and partner organizations serving at risk youth. We have distributed  210 Plan B, 10,000+ condoms and  200+ hygiene kits in 2025.
• Self testing drop boxes for STI testing placed throughout the community including the college campus. Confidential, free testing for those most at risk of common STIs.
• Free appointments offered to pregnant patients. While we do not provide abortion services, we are committed to offering patients the information and resources they need to make the choice that is right for them.
• Affordable or free services offered to local immigrant population Outreach services offered in Long Prairie.

• Gender Affirming Care including referrals to vetted mental health providers – patient #’s doubled in 2025!
