Our Story

Founded in 2023 by the Carl Family, Ability 2 Believe – The Brayden and Brooks Foundation – is built on years of hope, love, advocacy, and dedication. Brayden and Brooks, twin brothers born in 2015 to Jeremy and Ashley, have inspired this journey. At 18 months, Brayden was diagnosed with autism, and since then, the family has faced many challenges and celebrated many milestones.  Early in their journey, Ashley recognized a critical gap in one-on-one care programs for children like Brayden. Driven to make a difference, she launched the Rally for Autism in 2019 to raise funds for a local therapy center that had supported Brayden for years. That experience sparked her passion and led to the creation of Ability 2 Believe.  Our mission is to support the special needs community by offering inclusive programs and services that provide one-on-one care for children and adults, while also welcoming individuals of all ability levels. Brayden’s biggest supporter is his twin brother Brooks, who continues to be his advocate and cheerleader. Inspired by their bond, we also focus on supporting siblings of individuals with special needs, helping them connect with others who understand their unique experiences. Thisences. This is just the beginning. Ability 2 Believe has big goals for the future, and we need your help to achieve them.

Long-Term Goals

Impact Goals

By creating a unified, purpose-built campus, Ability 2 Believe will provide the structure, support, and community needed to help individuals with special needs build confidence, gain skills, and thrive in life and work.

Our Vision for Growth

• Phase 1 (Current): Partner with local community centers to bring our programs to families right where they are.

• Phase 2: Grow through grants, donations, and fundraising so we can sustain our programs and work toward a permanent home.

• Phase 3: Open our own campus - a welcoming space with programs, a commercial kitchen for job opportunities, and respite care for adults with special needs.

• Phase 4: Expand our impact by adding therapy services, including speech and occupational therapy.

• Phase 5: Launch a private school on campus designed specifically for students with special needs.
