Resilience, teamwork, persistence, empathy and leadership – these are the crucial character traits that kids gain through sports. Coaches who emphasize effort and sportsmanship are the critical lever for making this happen. PCA’s mission is to shape coaches and create a youth sports environment that encourages these positive experiences, and amplifies the benefits to the participants.
