We are students of the University of St. Thomas supporting a great non-profit!
About NORISH: When the COVID-19 began, Mount Olivet Lab School’s Kid’s Cafe transitioned from an onsite feeding program to a Grab & Go soon-to-become-all-out food shelf! For 44 years, Lab School has ensured the healthy development of children and families in the Frogtown/Rondo Community, and the past 4 years have presented the opportunity for a more focused look at food security, housing stability, physical and mental health- really how all of these have come together to impact the overall health of the community. Our response has been to listen to community, identify disparities, advocate for equity through systems change and reimagining service delivery and most of all a commitment to staying in it for the long haul. That’s how NOURISH was born. It’s more than a food shelf. NOURISH is community. NOURISH is healing. NOURISH is Hope!
With our goal of $2,000 we aim to aid this non-profit achieve their goal to continue helping feed and care for others in need! NORISH for all!!
All in support of Mount Olivet Lab School, Inc./aka NOURISH
