Project Down and Dirty Masterpiece
myTalk 107.1 is in its 9th year of our "reality-show-on-the-radio" we refer to as Project Down and Dirty. Each year, we set a theme and choose four local charities to partner with in our fundraising efforts. Project Down and Dirty Masterpiece is a fundraiser to support art charities!
Our weekday radio hosts will spend 3 days learning about and creating artwork at Minneapolis College of Art and Design, with instruction and guidance from MCAD staff. At the end of the 3 days, they'll host a reunion show to talk about their experience and reveal their "masterpieces"!
myTalk 107.1 will host a ticketed Reunion Show and Gallery Opening including an Art Auction where we'll auction off the artwork our hosts created which will include bronze castings and screen prints to raise money for four well-deserving art charities!
