In past years, Takeda employees have generously donated school supplies to local schools. Due to COVID, this year, Takeda will be virtually fundraising money for school supplies.
Join CEAP in providing critical school supplies to kids this back-to-school season!
Whether kids are back in the classroom or continuing distance learning this fall, they will need your support. Nearly 80% of the kids in our local school district qualify for free and reduced school lunch; families who need help fulfilling basic needs like food may not have the ability to provide their kids with new or adequate school supplies.
We believe that kids should have access to the tools and supplies they need to feel confident at school. Kids who feel prepared and confident will have an even greater capacity to absorb knowledge!
Here's where you come in: it costs CEAP $15 to put together a complete back-to-school kit for one child, including a backpack and all required supplies. Last year, we provided school supplies to over 2,000 children!
