Each year we run/walk side by side to honor, remember and celebrate the children we love and have lost too soon. Together we bring hope to each other all while raising funds to support the many future families that will face the tragic loss of their child through age 20 in Minnesota or Wisconsin. We are a small operational team of 2, with our volunteer effort being the main focus of operating the organization. All funds raised are going directly to Halos of the St. Croix Valley to continue allowing us the opportunity to be here for the hundreds of newly bereaved families who turn to Halos each year for support.

WHY SUPPORT HALOS?
As a small organization, our focus every day is on supporting newly bereaved families, which means we do not fundraise throughout the year. This annual fundraiser is our one and only major event that sustains our operating budget for the coming year.
But this event is about more than just raising funds—it is also a sacred space for families to come together, honor their child, and gather with loved ones, as well as others who truly understand their pain. It is a place where grief is met with compassion, where memories are cherished, and where families can find a soft place to land in their overwhelming loss.
By giving, you not only help us continue providing hope and healing to families in need, but you also become part of a community that ensures no one has to walk this journey alone. Together, we will offer comfort, connection, and the reassurance that every child’s memory lives on in love.
