The Leaders of Today and Tomorrow Fellowship Program ignites women to lead with confidence through a six-month program that includes workshops, mentoring, networking, creating a personal development plan, and a capstone project. There is an opportunity in our early career track if you’re looking for guidance on navigating the workforce and establishing a network and an opportunity in our mid-career track for those who may feel “stuck” in their careers. Mentors are provided for both tracks to provide 1:1 support as fellows embark on their professional development journey.
