Give to The Max 2026: Renewing the Countryside

It’s been a lot lately. So rather than add to the noise, we want to offer a moment to pause. A chance to take a breath, reconnect with what matters, and remember that even in times of uncertainty, there are meaningful ways to move forward.

At Renewing the Countryside (RTC), we’re continuing to do what we’ve always done: work toward a more just, sustainable, and vibrant countryside. 💚

We help beginning and underserved farmers access farmland and the resources they need to thrive. We connect local farmers with childcare centers to bring fresh, healthy food to kids. We help makers, growers, and rural entrepreneurs reach new customers and grow their businesses. And we bring people, ideas, and communities together to create a stronger local food system and a more vibrant future for all.

In short, we grow connections, nurture possibilities, and help good things take root.

Whatever the coming weeks hold, we believe that building just, sustainable, and vibrant communities matters. That local action matters. And that the work of creating a better future is something we can do together.

On November 19, Minnesotans will come together for Give to the Max Day, and we’re inviting you to be part of that momentum.

Our goal is to raise $15,000 to continue growing this work. A gift of any size helps RTC support farmers, strengthen local food systems, and build more resilient communities. You don’t have to solve everything happening in the world to make a difference. Sometimes, it starts right here, with the people and places we care about.
