NSAC-Making Waves In the Future

We are starting this fundraiser to help fund leadership opportunities for our coaches and swimmers. By attending these workshops and conferences, our coaches and swimmers will not only be better leaders on the pool deck, but in the community.

In the past year, our coaches have taken advantage of coaching conferences that offered techniques on all aspects of athlete training and development, building character with our swimmers. Our swimmers were able to attend the LEAD Summit where guest speakers, including former Olympians, offered insight into technical skills, nutrition, and mental health.  These skills will allow them to improve, not only in the short term, but throughout their swimming careers.

Any additional funds from this campaign will be used to purchase other types of specialty training equipment and/or fund scholarships for economically disadvantaged program participants.
