The Boundary Waters is an amazing wilderness that I have now had the privilege to camp in a few times. In order to protect this wilderness, we need to pass permanent protections at the state level. Friends of the Boundary Waters has been working to pass this legislation for a long time, and there might now be a chance to pass it given the current Minnesota legislature. Please help them out by donating this year!
Why support Friends of the Boundary Waters?
- They've successfully fought to protect these waters for 50 years
- They're leading the legal battle against toxic mining
- They're introducing new generations to wilderness through youth programs
- They're your boots on the ground, monitoring threats and advocating for protection
Your gift today means: ✓ Stronger legal defense against mining threats ✓ More kids experiencing wilderness for the first time ✓ Better protection for clean water and wildlife ✓ A preserved wilderness legacy for future generations
Don't wait — your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar, but only for a limited time. Together, we can ensure that the pristine waters, starlit skies, and profound silence of the Boundary Waters remain untouched for generations to come.
