This Give to the Max Day, we’re asking for your support to help animals in their moments of greatest need. This year alone, we’ve taken in so many tiny lives who had no one else—like the kitten found all alone at the St. Cloud Quarries, the little one discovered under a dumpster behind Michael’s, the brave baby running loose near Red Robin, and a mama cat with her litter rescued from a loading dock behind Lazy Boy Furniture. These are just a few of the 1191 animals we have saved over our five years, each receiving the love, vetting, and care they needed to grow, heal, and find the forever homes they deserved.

At Green Acres, our mission goes beyond rescue—we work every day to connect people and pets in healthy, happy, meaningful ways. We educate on the importance of spay and neuter, and provide a welcoming space where families can meet and socialize with our wonderful cats and dogs while they wait for their perfect match. While our adoption fees help, they don’t begin to cover the full cost of the medical care, enrichment, housing, and support we provide. Their health and welfare will always be our priority, and we remain committed to giving every animal the best life possible during their time with us and far beyond.
