NWS Mutual Aid
A nonprofit fundraiser supporting
(ACER) African Career Education & Resource inc.Mutual Aid to support the community in the North West Suburbs of the Twin Cities
$5,050
raised by 56 people
ACER is mobilizing in response to an urgent crisis caused by discriminatory and aggressive immigration enforcement in the northwest suburbs of the Twin Cities.
Families are living in fear, livelihoods are being disrupted, and access to basic necessities is increasingly unstable.
Parents are afraid to go to work. Children are afraid to go to school. Our neighbors are being pushed into crisis simply for existing.
This fundraiser is rooted in mutual aid with neighbors protecting neighbors. Funds and donations go directly to impacted individuals and families for emergency financial support, food and basic necessities, transportation, temporary housing, and rapid community-led response as needs arise.
Every contribution, both physical and monetary, helps keep families safe, fed, and supported. Our community is strongest when we show up for one another.
For physical donations or if you are interested in volunteering, you may contact Salma Issa at sissa@acerinc.org
Thank you for standing in solidarity.
