As a board member and avid Greenway user with my new hand bike, I know that the Lafitte Greenway is an invaluable green space and public park that truly connects New Orleanians.
The Lafitte Greenway is the most frequented multi-use trail in New Orleans, visited over 500,000 times annually. We are on track to expand the Greenway by 1/2 mile, plant 1,000 trees by end of year, and launch new green infrastructure with youth workforce development. And we're just getting started!
