Every year, women from the Twin Cities to Northern Minnesota come to Dress for Success Twin Cities at a turning point. Some are returning to work after time away. Some are changing careers or stepping into leadership for the first time. Many are carrying doubts built up over years of setbacks and barriers. What they share is the determination to move forward, and we’re here to walk alongside them.

Women who come to us receive Workplace Attire for interviews and new jobs, Confidence Kits that remind them they are seen and valued, and Confidence Coaching with volunteers who help them prepare for what’s next. Through our Positive Network of Support, Online Programming, and our ULead leadership program, they keep growing long after they land the job.

Dasiyah came to us after two years out of the workforce, ready for a fresh start. With Confidence Coaching, Workplace Attire, and a community that believed in her, she rebuilt her confidence and her career. Today she’s thriving in a new job and interning with AmeriCorps, teaching digital literacy to people without access to technology.

Georgia came to us at a crossroads, carrying both uncertainty and an unshakeable determination to move forward. Through our programs, she found more than Workplace Attire. She found a community that believed in her before she fully believed in herself. Today, Georgia is thriving in a career that reflects her values and her strengths.

Audrey first came to us as a client. She found her footing, then found her calling, eventually working her way up to Senior Program Manager on our staff. She became the person who made our mission felt in every one-on-one conversation and Success Express event, and today she carries that same spirit into advocacy work supporting communities and families.

Their stories show what happens when a woman has the right support at the right moment. Her confidence grows, her possibilities expand, and the impact reaches her family, her workplace, and her community.
