REACH Together celebrates the family caregiving experience, rallies partnerships and points to resources while giving voice to stories that encourage, build faith and shine Light on the power of belonging.

Reach Together goal is about more than just fundraising. Our aim is to honor caregivers and their families, give thanks to God and shape culture as we celebrate families impacted by disability.

REACH Together 2025 kicked off on October 11th with a REACH Party hosted by Walk Right In Ministries. The event featured music, caregiver stories, fellowship and food. A live broadcast of the party from Rosemount, Minnesota was enjoyed by watch party gatherings in more than 14 states and 3 countries.

Throughout the Thanksgiving season, REACH Together giving partners and sponsors commit to coming alongside caregivers in families impacted by disability to bring hope, awareness and wellness support. When caregivers are thriving, whole families are strengthened.

To keep resources accessible to caregiving families, Walk Right In Ministries offers free online caregiver support groups as well as caregiver and family coaching and counseling on a pay-as-you’re-able basis. No one is ever turned away.

Every gift strengthens the caregiving community. Each year, REACH Together helps to fund special projects and provide more than $20,000 in scholarships.
