No family should have to choose between safe childcare and putting food on the table.

Childcare costs are rising, and for many families in our community, access to quality care is out of reach. Every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment—and every parent deserves the peace of mind that comes with knowing their child is cared for while they work.

That’s why I’m supporting ResourceWest, a local nonprofit raising $50,000 to provide childcare scholarships for families in the Hopkins and Minnetonka School Districts. These grants help children thrive—giving them more time to learn, play, and build friendships—while enabling parents and guardians to pursue work and stability.

I’ve set a personal goal to raise $500 toward this effort. Your donation, no matter the size, helps ensure that children in our community have the best possible start in life.
