What started as an idea to celebrate the 100 years of the Independence of Finland in 2016 with choral music grew to a full-blown choral concert with Bloomington Symphony Orchestra conducted by Manny Laureano; and to a performance attended by President Sauli Niinistö at the Orchestra Hall, and numerous performances and collaborations with other musical groups ever since. We're celebrating this milestone on Saturday, September 26 at 4.30pm-7pm at Norway House, Minneapolis, and you're invited! Donations over $20 are tax-deductible - $20 donation/person suggested to cover the cost of the food - and will keep us singing for the next 10 years of Finnish choral music so please donate now and come celebrate with us!
