For 15 years, Dress for Success Twin Cities has walked alongside jobseekers, helping them define success on their own terms. Through professional coaching, career readiness classes, and confidence-building clothing, we’ve empowered thousands to take their next step forward — in work, life, and community.

This Give to the Max season, we’re celebrating 15 years of impact — and looking ahead to the next 15. Your gift ensures that every client who walks through our doors is met with resources, care, and encouragement to thrive. Together, we can expand our reach across Minnesota, strengthen our programs, and continue offering tools that build lasting confidence.

Every dollar makes a difference:

• $50 covers the cost of one Confidence Kit, including assembly and shipping.

• $100 provides a laptop computer or funds two Confidence Kits.

• $250 supports staffing and materials for a Success Express event.

• $500 sponsors a driver or funds video licenses for virtual learning.

• $1,000 powers transportation and technology for Success Express programming.

• $2,500 expands rural outreach or supports 50 Confidence Kits.
