SUPPORT COMMUNITY LEADERS. Amplify the voices of diverse communities at the Capitol.

For the past decade, Wilder's Community Equity Program (CEP) has been a force for people from diverse communities to use their voices and fight for justice at the Capitol.

In the current funding landscape, we need your support more than ever. Every contribution helps us sustain the program. And when you make a gift, you will be filling in gaps in funding while joining a grassroots movement of people who believe that every voice matters and our collective power can and will create systems change.

Your gift today fuels the fight for equity. By supporting CEP, you are helping these leaders harness their lived experience, sharpen their skills, and build the power needed to transform public policy. These leaders are not just learning—they're actively shaping a future where their communities thrive.

The Community Equity Program is a seven-month, immersive journey designed by and for changemakers. Each cohort of emerging and seasoned leaders learns how to navigate Minnesota’s legislative system, build coalitions, and challenge the status quo.

These leaders are not just advocating for change—they’re making it happen, and your donation helps to fuel their momentum.

The next cohort will stand on the shoulders of those who came before them, equipped with the tools to dismantle inequities and create a more just future. Your support will help to power the next decade of change makers.

Meet this year's cohort of leaders in the Community Equity Program:
