Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT)

In 2022, I had applied to a leadership position but was told I did not have the experience and was not ready for the position. My managers recommendation was to develop my technical leadership skills and apply again next time. I took this advice and was lucky enough to find Leaders of Today and Tomorrow when trying to figure out how to develop my skills. I applied for the 6 month leadership fellowship and gained so much through my experience with the workshops and mentorship. Long story short - I got the job next time I applied!

I gained so much from my LOTT experience and wanted to continue my leadership journey while continuing to support this wonderful organization. In 2024, I joined the Board of Directors and helped develop the fellowship for another group of driven women. As the current Program Chair, I get to develop my own skills while helping other women develop theirs. 

I am hoping to raise funds this November so we can continue to provide this valuable fellowship to the leaders of tomorrow!
