At Laura Jeffrey Academy, we believe every scholar deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered to learn in ways that work for them.
This Give to the Max Day, we’re raising $5,000 to strengthen our commitment to Universal Design for Learning (UDL), ensuring that all scholars, including our neurodivergent learners, have the tools, spaces, and experiences they need to thrive.
Your gift will help LJA purchase and install inclusive tools that make a big difference in the everyday learning environment and in our annual J-Term, a month of hands-on, project-based learning, financial literacy workshops, and book clubs that ignite curiosity and build real-world skills.
🧩 Your donation will directly support items such as:
Noise-canceling headphones and fidgets for focus
Weighted lap blankets and flexible seating for comfort and regulation
Soft lighting and accessible event guides for inclusion
Bicycle-tire fidget installations for movement breaks
New locks and sensory-friendly tools to support independence
Supplies for J-Term projects that empower creativity and collaboration
Every dollar builds a more inclusive, imaginative, and equitable school community, one where all scholars can access learning with joy and confidence.
💛 Give today. Invest in accessibility, creativity, and belonging at LJA.
