The Wells Historical Society Depot Museum opened in 2010. The Depot and the adjacent Lunchroom/Cafe were both built in 1903. WHS is currently restoring the Lunchroom to its original condition. The historic witch hat roof and window/door locations have been returned to the original plan with a grant from the Blandin Foundation and individual donations.
WHS is currently focusing on the restoration of the Lunchroom exterior. The Historical Society is supported by grants, fundraisers and private donations. Please consider a donation to support the preservation of Wells history.
