Project 12-04 s a 501c3 non-profit that aims at building community through awareness, support, and inclusion for children and families affected by rare genetic disorders. Project 12-04 acts as a bridge for those who are affected with rare genetic conditions and with those in the community by giving tangible opportunities for engagement.  Families share their stories to help create awareness of their child's syndrome for better understanding and how to help through on online presence. There is an online and in person support group, community awareness events such as Gala's, Golf Tournaments, PKS Day education in the schools or churches and social media campaigns.  Our biggest and most popular initiative is our Operation Xmas Jammie Program.

Operation Xmas Jammies is a program that provides a curated Xmas Jammie Gift Box containing a pair of Xmas pajamas and other hand picked accessories to a child with a rare genetic condition during the holidays. These Xmas Jammie Gift boxes can then be sponsored by the community. In addition, Project 12-04’s helps to offset costs and their budget is fully funded through donations and fundraising to make programs like Operation Xmas Jammies possible. We have kept the price per Xmas Jammie Gift Box as low as possible, but rely on donations to help fulfill international shipping charges, make each box just a little more special, and help reach as many children as possible. Last year, Operation Xmas Jammies provided 128 gift boxes all over the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Since 2017, we have sponsored 390 + children in over 17 countries. Each holiday season, our goal is to increase the impact Operation Xmas Jammies has on children and families affected by a rare genetic syndrome.
