Victory Neighborhood Organization (ViNA) is a resident-led nonprofit working to create a thriving, connected, and beautiful community in North Minneapolis. From beloved events like Holiday on 44th, to summer concerts, youth programs, gardening projects, and neighbor-to-neighbor support—we make good things happen.
