TreeHouse Youth Programs & Mentoring

  The monies raised are used to fund our TreeHouse support groups and mentoring programs for teens at our two local TreeHouse sites, New Prague and Savage-Prior Lake, MN.  

Relationships are a key part of the TreeHouse model.  Our mission is to end hopelessness among teens by providing one-to-one mentors and establish positive relationships with staff, volunteers, and peers.  At TreeHouse no teen walks alone, we are with them through their ups and downs, we stick with them to provide love, support and strive for them to believe they are lovable, capable and worthwhile.  

Our programs consist of support group one evening a week where we create a safe place for teens to talk about what's really going on in their life, open and honest communication and support.   Connect group is offered one evening a week, where teens gather a second time to intentionally learn more about our God-given purpose.  Designed to help teens grow spiritually and develop personal life skills.  Our mentoring program offers teens the opportunity to have a dedicated one-to-one time with a safe, caring adult who serves as a consistent presence and a voice of love in their life.  We also provide a free dinner each evening and free transportation as needed. 

In 2020, we served approximately 100 teens. We strive to provide every teen with an adult mentor by Spring 2022.
