Thank you, friends, family and super fans, for helping us reach $10k - $6k left to go. And a huge thank you to the Richardson Family for your generous matching donation - we're beyond grateful.

Thank you for your donation and support of Women's Bandy. We're beyond grateful for your help in growing the fastest game on ice 👏.

Fundraiser Background: The US team needs financial support for both the 4 Nations Cup and our overall development. Each player is responsible for the significant cost of their own airfare, hotel, food, and our team's transportation in Sweden. A number of sponsors have already backed the team, including Mark Peterson, The Sparrows Bandy Club, Paul Lundeen/Bell Bank, and John Magnuson.

The Richardson Family has generously committed to matching dollar for dollar, up to $5000, all contributions made to USA Women's Bandy from February 13 to March 17.

We ask you to please show your support for US Women's Bandy as we assist the Richardson Family in reaching their matching donation and helping us hit our $16,000 goal.

USA Women's Bandy Progress: USA Women's Bandy is indeed ascending internationally and in the US. We have two women's bandy clubs, Sisu and Mammoth, who compete in the US men's first division.

Next season, we will add a third women's bandy club to form the first-ever US women's bandy league.

In addition, this summer, our second US Women's Rink Bandy League will take place, with four teams competing.

In September, the first annual US Women's North American Cup of Rink Bandy will take place, again with a 4-team competition.

Four Nations Cup: The USA Women's National Bandy Team, coming off their historic Bronze Medal finish in the 2023 World Championships, will again compete internationally in 2024.

The team will compete against the national teams of Sweden, Finland, and Norway in the inaugural 4 Nations Cup, which will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden, from March 20 to 23.

Karin Tornklint, Sports Director of The Swedish Bandy Federation, credits the US Women as the reason the tournament is taking place and states, "The Cup is important for the continued development of international bandy, where we see that the United States is making an investment and coming up with a very exciting team".
