The Community Service Committee is hosting this fundraiser to support our community partner, The Sanneh Foundation. As you know, our chapter was unable to host a fundraiser this program year to benefit our Foundation. Part of that money would have been allocated to support the Sanneh Foundation. The Community Service Committee is kindly asking moms to consider making a donation directly to the Sanneh Foundation, through this fundraising site. As these are unprecedented times, please know that any donation is meaningful and helpful, but there is no requirement or expectation. An anonymous mother donor will match the first $200 in donations. This fundraiser ends on May 31, 2020.

Sanneh Foundation COVID-19 Response
With the closure of businesses, schools, parks and community centers, the state of emergency required The Sanneh Foundation to suspend its traditional youth development programming. As an organization committed to community health and well-being, we are responding to the urgent needs of youth and families which have emerged as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, by retaining and repurposing our youth-serving workforce to meet the new realities of youth and families.
Food Relief -
The Sanneh Foundation is partnering with local public agencies and food security organizations to expand nutrition support services to provide over 250 families a day with meals and fresh produce at the Conway Community Center. In addition, we are sending Sanneh staff to local food shelves in order to fill operating gaps at a time when social distancing protocols prevent volunteers from supporting these facilities on-site.
Education Support -
Metro Area Dreamline Coaches have pivoted to be a resource for teachers and students through virtual learning, tutoring and mentoring.
Childcare -
St. Cloud Dreamline Coaches have stepped up to provide emergency childcare services to essential workers.
It is clear that COVID-19 has created new challenges and emergency needs for individuals and families in our community. The Sanneh Foundation is committed to stepping up in any way we can. In the first month of the coronavirus pandemic, our emergency response measures made the following community impact:

- Total Household Served at Conway: 2,016
- Total Staff Hours of Service with Food Shelf Partners: 794 Hrs.
- Total Staff Hours of Service at Conway: 942 Hrs.
- Total Volunteer Hours at Conway: 157 Hrs.

We are asking for your help now, to ensure we can continue to financially support these emergency services in this unprecedented time of crisis.
