How does a person sum up what The Village means to us?
The Village is a place of community and hope. My family started going to The Village in 2016, as they were looking for help with food service, which they offered weekly. We didn’t know about The Village, or what its mission was, we just knew it was a place that needed some help and we enjoy helping especially when it comes to our community. Little did we know that we would build a relationship with The Village along with the people that visit The Village. We have made such great friends of many ages at The Village. From the young to the elderly, The Village is a place that all are welcomed.
The Village has a special place in my family’s heart, as The Village is the location in which we have hosted Santa’s Workshop for the past 2 years. Santa’s Workshop is an event that if offered for kids to come and shop for two adults in their life, siblings and themselves for FREE. The Village is the perfect location for this event, as people know The Village is a place of community and hope. Which is what Santa’s Workshop is all about community and hope.
Please consider choosing The Village on Give to the Max day. The Village is a place of family, friends and community. Our family is so thankful to be part of the mission of The Village, A place to go and a place to grow! With your support The Village will be able to continue to do just that… A place to grow.
Head Elf of Santa’s Workshop and community member,
Jennifer

donations are tax deductible and NO donation is too small.
The Village in Waterville is a:

It mostly serves the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown communities but folks from all of the country have used our building for various events, meetings and parties. ALL of our income is on a free-will donation basis which allows those who can't afford to rent a space for, lets say a child's birthday party, a safe and fun place to be.
Our FB page will provide you with a great picture of what we do.

The building is more than 50 years old and is in need of repairs and updates. The $20,000 we are asking for will go to help replace flooring, paint and upgrade walls and ceilings as well as help cover operating expenses. ALL staff is volunteer. There is no one who gets paid. The structure is 19,800 sq. ft. so there are many floors and walls to update.
We thank you in advance for considering a donation to the Village in Waterville. We are 100% community focused and we appreciate your support.
