CLC provides high quality legal representation for abused and neglected children and youth who are wards of the state or in child protection. Our staff attorneys pair youth with a volunteer attorney, or represent them internally, to ensure every child (ages 10+) is represented well for their needs.
Since moving to remote work, most staff members are using personal cell phones and personal laptops to do their jobs. Given the stress and secondary trauma of this work, it’s important for staff to have separation and that their personal cells remain personal.
Our legal team processes hundreds of e-filings a day without printers or monitors. Your support will help sustain our services while remote work continues.
