Update #1

Update posted 7 months ago

RPAW has been taking in major medical cases and senior animals almost exclusively since 2020. We found that since we opened ion 2004, those are the ones most at risk and the ones that we have the most experience in helping. They are also the most expensive, we spend on average $300,000 per year on medical costs.

We believe that opening a full service veterinary facility for the animals in our care will reduce that number to 1/3 of what we current spend. This will make it so we can help so many more! It will also mean that your donation dollars will go further.

We are in the process of securing the facility with the city. Once this is done we will need to build out the currently open space. We need it to function as a veterinary clinic in every way. We will need donations to cover the cost of the build out. Then we will need to purchase all of the veterinary equipment. Finally we will need to purchase all of the supplies and medications to run the facility.

We have so many opportunities to donate. You can be a large or small business owner. You can be a family or individual donor. You could donate in memory of a person or pet. You could become a matching donor. We have many sponsor opportunities and we want this to be about community engagement. You company or name will be made known if you desire!

We placed a hefty goal of $300,000 on this project and we know that with the community's support we can make this dream a reality!

RPAW has created official Donor Guides that are available upon request. We are also open to ideas on how you would like to make your donation special.

If RPAW has helped you in anyway in the past, please donate today so that we can continue the thing we do best... saving the ones deemed un-saveable.
