Be a champion for health solutions in rural Cook County Minnesota!
The North Shore Health Care Foundation is an independent non-profit 501c3, that proactively identifies opportunities to expand equitable health care and healthy living in Cook County, MN and champions solutions through funding, education, and advocacy. The Foundation supports health care providers, emergency services, school programs, and other initiatives which help us work toward a healthy community for all. We are a grant-maker, educator, incubator, convener and advocate for health in Cook County MN.
We are currently focusing on solutions in three key issue areas:
- Seniors' services and aging well
- Children's mental health and substance misuse
- Travel and lodging solutions for out-of-town medical care.
We are a guiding light for health and a safety net for so many programs that contribute to health in our special neck of the woods - help us be the light.
