Redemption Road Rescue has been working tirelessly for years to save cats and dogs who are in need of a fresh start. We take in animals from overcrowded shelters and pounds, strays off the streets, and surrenders when owners fall on hard times.

We see these thrown away lives as valuable - when they've been let down and overlooked in the past. We often pull dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens, out of sometimes scary, dead-end, and unsafe situations. We find that we often provide the bridge between death and NEW life! 

Our mission is to make an impact with the resources we have. We recruit foster homes, seek out great adoptive homes, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our rescue partners. 

Redemption Road Rescue is a small but dedicated foster-based animal rescue in the Twin Clities, MN. Our loyal fosters care for the pets in their home while they wait to be adopted, and so far in 2025 we have processed approximately 200 successful adoptions! Our volunteers work tirelessly to place homeless pets in their perfect forever homes, which makes room for new at-risk pets to be welcomed in. 

The list of expenses incurred along the way is endless: Transport costs, vet fees, supplies, and pet food are among our biggest expenditures. Unexpected illnesses and emergencies, of course pop up as well, and often animals we take in end up needing complex and continued vet care.
