As a board member for Our Streets MPLS I am committed to safer streets and sidewalks for those who walk, bike, and roll to get around town. Winter sidewalks can be particularly treacherous, and problems compound when city efforts to clear roads for cars create additional obstacles for pedestrians and cyclists.
That's why I am asking you to support me today in my 2020-2021 winter pledge to clear 10 bus stop curbs that have been blocked by snow banks created by plows.
Please give to help Our Streets continue to make progress in advocating for better winter street maintenance. Our community deserves safe sidewalks, no matter what time of year.
