The Energy & Environmental Building Alliance (EEBA) was started in Minnesota in 1982 by builders from Canada, Sweden and the US and is the only community specifically designed to help high performance builders and their partners thrive. 

A nationally recognized, 501c3 nonprofit, building-science training organization, EEBA is the homebuilding industry’s leading provider of information and education in sustainable building and has been a trusted resource for nearly four decades. 

Through our educational events, annual Summit, NextGen Student Scholarships and various resources, EEBA connects members with the leaders and innovators in the high-performance home building community. That community consists of a large and active group of dedicated professionals, committed to a future where every home is high performing, healthy, net zero and resilient.
