Ensuring every child has an opportunity to learn to play an instrument doesn't just happen. It requires the efforts of many - each bringing their own unique talents, insights, strengths, abilities and willingness to make a difference.
The goal of this fund is to support instrumental programs for young musicians in Little Falls. As an endowed fund, all contributions are permanently invested with a portion of the earnings used to support grants in three focus areas:
- Playing it Forward grants: Support the purchase of instruments for beginning students in elementary and middle school music programs.
- Cadence Music grants: Are awarded to local nonprofits, like Great River Arts, to provide musical experiences for young musicians.
- Play it Again! grants: Support the refurbishment of new and gently-used instruments gathered for the use of beginning and middle school students.
Thank you! Your generous gift will be permanently invested to create a lasting legacy for the Playing it Forward: Young Musicians' Fund.
