All donations to this campaign will be disbursed to:

Catholic Charities: Catholic Charities is keeping emergency shelters, opportunity centers and housing programs open to provide those most in need safe shelter and support during this time of crisis. They are in need of funding for hygiene supplies, cleaning products and food for the people they are trying to keep sheltered during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hennepin County Healthcare for the Homeless: The Hennepin County Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) works to decrease barriers to accessing health care by bringing critical services to the homeless population by locating clinics where people experiencing homelessness go for emergency shelter and other services. Health services and care coordination are provided in area shelters, drop in centers and other agencies serving homeless individuals by a mobile, interdisciplinary HCH team.

Minnesota Community Care: This is a federally-qualified health center in St. Paul and the Health Care for the Homeless provider for Ramsey County. Your gift will support and extend their Health Care for the Homeless services, including mobile street outreach work. The street outreach team meets unsheltered people where they are – in a tent, on the street, under a bridge – to provide primary care, triage, and linkage to additional services. During the COVID-10 response crisis, the street outreach team’s efforts have doubled.

People Serving People: This is the largest shelter in Minnesota for families experiencing homelessness. Based in Minneapolis, they provide emergency shelter and low-income housing for more than 2,600 individuals annually. They are struggling to provide enough shelter for families while keeping social distancing practices in place and keeping their staff safe.
