Phantom Chorus Theatre is embarking on its 4th season of original work! PCT's mission is to create all new works or original adaptations, using the mediums of puppetry, movement, and music.  Through imagination, we strive to make the impossible real! Watch some highlights from our first 3 seasons in the video above ✨🎭

So far PCT has produced:

Bellerophon's Shadow: Voyage of the Pegasus  at the 2022 MN Fringe Festival in August, featuring a bunraku puppet adventuring through space to a multitude of fantastical planets.

Victor, Invictusa horror show featuring a human sized bunraku puppet of Frankenstein’s creature at the 2022 Twin Cities Horror Fest.

CHROMA: A Color Spectrum Anthology Show, performed in June 2023 at Dreamland Arts. 8 local directors shared their vision for one of the colors of the rainbow.

Trippy Triptych Vol. 1: Blacklight - a three part, all blacklight show of puppetry and physical theatre performed November 2023 at the Bryant Lake Bowl.

Jabberwock - a cosmic horror featuring a giant Edlritch monster puppet! Performed Februrary 2024 at the Phoenix Theater.

Show Me Your Wings - a magical coming of age story told through music, movement, and puppetry, August 2024 at Squirrelhaus Arts.

The Alchemist's Bargain - a dark fable of love and loss, told through blacklight puppetry, performed October 2024 at the Crane Theater.

Dealing With Dragons - a fantastical adventure and adaptation of the beloved young adult fantasy novel, performed January 17 - Feb 2 2025 at the Phoenix Theater, in collaboration with Arts Nest!

Thank you so much to all of our donors so far for making these three seasons of shows a reality! Donations this year will help us with our fourth season of original work!

Coming up in our FOURTH SEASON:

GOSPEL GUS’ GODLY GOOD TIME GET TOGETHER - In collaboration with Hot Chocolate Media. The kids from Gospel Gus’ evangelical 90s television show are all grown up, and they’re reuniting for a special reunion episode.  When things start to go a little wonky on set, will they be able to pray the slay away?  Tune in to find out!  Performing as part of the Twin Cities Horror Festival October 16-30 at the Crane Theater

RAZIA’S SHADOW - The beloved puppet rock opera returns: with a bigger cast and bigger, brand new puppets.  A dazzling, fantastical spectacle of puppetry and live vocals awaits you this spring. Performing April 10 - 25 2026 at the Hive Collaborative.
