The Community Foundation supports students at PEASE Academy and other local schools to recover from Substance Use Disorder (SUD). The most effective treatment is peer-supported contact, which is especially difficult in this time of COVID. Isolation is a danger to all in recovery, especially young people. Help us keep them connected!
We need your support to help provide structured peer-based interaction for these young people. Your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000! This will pay for staff support to work with the students in their recovery. We can provide improved support for these young people during this very difficult time, but it will take contributions to support this work outside of traditional school time. Please, make a contribution, and share your gift with others by email, phone, text, or social media. It will take many voices to be there for these young people, and we can do it together!
