This Monday is HOPE Center executive director Erica Staab-Absher's birthday! Since we can’t celebrate in person, we’re moving the party online with gifts to HOPE Center! We hope to raise $10,000 to both celebrate Erica’s birthday AND support HOPE Center’s safety services to people experiencing domestic violence and sexual assault in Rice county. Now, more than ever, survivors and their children need your support.
With the COVID-19 Pandemic, we made the choice to cancel HOPE Center's biggest fundraiser the Tour of Tables, and instead, we are moving our fundraising online so we can keep a safe distance while supporting the work of HOPE Center.
HOPE Center services are essential services and we know the need will only increase as unemployment rises, time together extends and uncertainty weighs on people. We are already hearing stories of clients who are being impacted directly by what is happening.
